Axiom are currently working with Pegasus Life Developments in the refurbishment and creation of 50 luxury apartment spaces at a prestigious location in the centre of Cheltenham. Aimed at the over 55’s, the development will have a spa and wellness centre, a swimming pool, gymnasium and restaurant and well as a state of the art automatic underground car park.
Due to be completed in early 2018, the new apartment complex will restore two existing high profile listed buildings formally occupied as commercial premises back to residential use for the first time in decades.
