We are delighted to have completed the works at Unit 4, St Modwens Park (Gloucester).
Valued at £2.2million and located just around the corner from our offices, the project involved the design and installation of all Mechanical & Electrical services within a new flagship warehouse & distribution centre for Gardiner Bros & Co (Leathers) Ltd.
The installation included highly efficient and responsive LED Lighting, adiabatic (evaporative cooling), destratification fans and renewable energy sources where possible to ensure an efficient and environmentally friendly building.
