We are very pleased to have been successful in our bid to carry out the design and installation of the Mechanical and Electrical services installation at Unit 26, Indurent Park, Avonmouth.
The building will provide a high-quality logistics/warehouse unit with over 200,000sq.ft of floor area. To ensure maximum energy efficiency, the service strategy will include the provision of a Hybrid VRF (HVRF) system, LED lighting and intelligent controls systems within the office accommodation. The warehouse will have provision of Water, Gas and Electrics for future tenant fit out.
Working with Barnwood Ltd (Main Contractor) we will be aiming to complete ready for occupation in Q4 2025.
