We are delighted to be working with Barnwood Construction and the rest of the team to help deliver a new 37,000m2 production facility for Renishaw at their Miskin site, South Wales.
The scheme involves the design and installation of all Mechanical & Electrical services, including many energy efficient technologies and substantial renewables in order to achieve Net Zero carbon emissions targets.
The project continues our successful working relationship with Barnwood Construction, having previously delivered a 14,400m2 facility for Renishaw at their Gloucestershire HQ site a few years ago.
Design of the M&E services is underway, and with Groundworks at the site having already commenced we expect our site activities to begin early in 2023.
