Dobbies Garden Centre, Tewkesbury
Located in the Cotswolds Designer Outlet off Junction 9 of the M5, near to Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire, this flagship store is the largest Dobbies Garden Centre in the South West of England.
The project was completed in July 2022 and the Garden Centre opened its doors to the public in November of the same year.
With a floor area of 70,000sq.ft, it is expected to serve 750,000 customers per year providing an extensive garden sales area, food hall (with Butchery, Bakery and Grocery) and a 500 seat Restaurant and has created around 100 jobs for the local community and surrounding areas.
Axiom Building Services Ltd were employed by Barnwood Limited to design, supply and install the base build MEP services in readiness for the client fit out.
